The Manager Conference should not only provide possibilities for internal work-shops but also a memorable wintertale in order to improve the teamspirit and the motivation of the participants.We led our participants to the beautiful town of Seefeld / Austria. With a torchlight procession we went to an alpine pasture where mulled wine warmed the participants, the company logo - made of torches - appeared at the snow slope. After a cosy evening in a skiing lodge with crackling camp fire, Austrian specialties and a sledge-tour to the valley the following day had a more sportive frame: a husky-workshop as well as a snowshoe hike...
