Sausage excursion to Middle Franconia

“Drei im Weggla” – Nuremberg residents know immediately what this means: three small, crispy Nürnberger Rostbratwürste (Nuremberg roast sausages). Not only do they taste delicious grilled over beechwood and served in a “Weggla” – a bun – but also with sauerkraut and coarse rye bread or cooked in a wine broth in a dish known as “saure Zipfel”.
