A round trip on Starnberger See lake goes past the chic properties by the bank, Possenhofen Castle (also known as the “Sisi castle”), and Berg Castle, where Ludwig II, the “Fairy Tale King”, spent the last days of his life. From the “Starnberg” S-Bahn stop, the walk to the jetty only takes five minutes.
