Neustadt bei Coburg, die Bayerische Puppenstadt, liegt am Tor zum Thüringer Wald und bietet eine einzigartige Mischung aus Tradition und Moderne. Der Hausberg Muppberg mit dem 28 Meter hohen Prinzregententurm bietet atemberaubende Ausblicke. Die Stadt ist bekannt für das Internationale Puppenfestival und den Max-Oscar-Arnold-Kunstpreis, der als „Oscar der Puppenkunst“ gilt. Historisch reicht die Stadt bis ins 12.
