On this tour, fundamentally different times in the history of the earth and humanity collide. With one of the best-preserved impact craters in the world and a site where Neolithic human bones were found, you will discover traces of violent events thousands and millions of years ago. The pilgrimage church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary and the forest chapel of Mary Magdalene, on the other hand, are evidence of a miraculous and serene piety. They are only a few centuries or even decades old.
On your way through the enchanting landscape of the Franconian and Swabian Alb on the one hand and the Wörnitz and Kessel valleys on the other, you will need to be in good physical condition. With your e-bike, you will cover a total of 66 kilometres and 500 metres in altitude on this tour. The route follows the "Kesseltalrundweg" (Kssl).
